We used a combination of UV fluorescence and hyperspectral imaging to evaluate the severity of fungi infection on roses. This can be done automatically with the optical measurement, which has been tested by correlating the automatic scoring with the scoring from the manual inspection. These results are consistent, which is promising for the next step of implementation.
