Careers
Work on measurement challenges that matter.
At cosine, we work on measurement challenges that push the limits of science and engineering. From observing Earth and space to analysing materials and infrastructure, our systems help turn complex physical signals into reliable data. Joining cosine means contributing to projects where precision, curiosity, and collaboration come together to solve problems that cannot be addressed with standard solutions.
What you will work on
Projects at cosine involve the full lifecycle of measurement system development. Teams work together to define the measurement challenge, design the system, build and integrate instruments, and validate their performance. Depending on your expertise, you may contribute to:
- Optical system design and instrumentation
- Embedded electronics and data acquisition
- Software and data analysis
- Mechanical design and system integration
- Environmental testing and validation
- Project management
Work spans our three domains: Remote Sensing, High-Energy Optics, and Inspection Systems.
A multidisciplinary environment
cosine is an international team of scientists, engineers, and system specialists. Projects are multidisciplinary by nature, bringing together expertise in physics, optics, electronics, software, and systems engineering.
This collaborative environment allows ideas to move quickly from theory to working systems. Team members work closely together across disciplines, learning from each other and contributing to shared solutions.
What makes working at cosine different
At cosine, you will work on systems that are designed for real missions and real environments. Projects often require creativity, experimentation, and rigorous engineering. You will have the opportunity to:
- Work on challenging scientific and engineering problems
- Contribute to systems used in space, environmental monitoring, and scientific research
